What's the key to self improvement journey?

Everyone has their own self-improvement journey that may involve studying, fitness, personality development, or anything. For many, a self-improvement journey looks like punishing yourself, pushing yourself way harder, and failing each time.

Almost everyone believes to improve and grow, you need to step out of your comfort zone and do something you don’t want to do or have never done in your life. Moreover, self-improvement journeys do feel like a blueprint from an influencer; one feels pressurized to follow it to succeed in their journey.

And having someone’s blueprint or constantly stretching your limits leads to falling off completely. So, how can one start and stay consistent with their self-improvement journey?

It starts with self-love. You want to improve yourself because you want to feel more confident within yourself and love your better version even more. So how can you punish yourself, hate something you do, and become better? If you are on a fitness journey, start with workouts you may find fun doing each day and not a punishment—maybe do dancing, yoga, or walking outdoors. Personalize your journey in a way that will help you improve each day along with making you feel better in yourself.

Self-love is what makes you keep going and enjoy the journey more than the destination.
