Grades are the ones which gives understanding about students academic performance and skills are the ones which understanding of ability of a person to solve the problems and how efficiently handling of tasks.
Some students are great in academic performance but some are good in technical skills required, basic skills such as excel, Powerbi, communications , practical performance, coding,etc etc…companies mostly hire students based on there skills rarely on academic performance and grades,industrial exposure is very important as it gives exposure to us and which leads to development of a person and skills required . one should never stop learning, it should be the continuous process to become smart and work efficiently.
