🎭 “What’s something you’re really good at… that no one claps for?”

Moved countries during a crucial stage of my education. My board exams were 2 months away and the entire curriculum was changed along with difficulties at home, yet performed well and secured a BDS seat.

Every one is different from eachother with different skills set and no one is perfect in every aspect of life. So keep working on your passion so atleast you would be Tendulkar of your field, no one can question on you instead of that should have proud on you that you have achieved some thing in your life.

Listening to other problems , while going through the same but never expressed is the one quality i carry . Not only listening but giving solution for the same , is the bitter part.

As an health care professional, I always gave my best , treating my patients quietly, no matters my health is okay or not , or there is any problem in my family. Even on that times also my parents needs me most , i found myself treating others.

“No one sees what you see even if they see it too” holds true

No one claps for behind-the-scenes and tend to judge the end result instead. It takes a lot of efforts to overcome even smallest challenges that can be mental, emotional and physical but it always goes unnoticed

Yes, that’s absolutely true I think every individual needs appreciation to boost his/her confidence and that lacks in today’s world.

I think that, I’ve never really been appreciated for the way I keep going, even when things feel too heavy. I don’t always talk about what’s bothering me, but I still manage to show up. It’s not loud, not visible, but it takes a lot of strength to keep moving forward when no one even knows you’re struggling.

The emotions we carry , the struggles we carry every day , we can’t able to share with anyone

Personally I was going through a lot during my college days , how much I have cried or sad during the night when I woke up and go to college I should carry my smile as always

The burdens , emotional stress we get from family is very hard to carry and no one understands this. No matter what , what’s going on in your mind or life one should act like strong in order to survive

As much as we can clap over success in our bad times, I feel it is important to be nice to yourself, if you fail. Wr should be kind to us and acceptable that sometimes it is okay to loose.

In showing up for friends and family with a smile when especially when work is already tiresome!

Work life balance is something I am always aiming for and still struggling with it everyday. :raising_hands: :raising_hands: Grateful for the support system around me!

I think I’m good at staying strong even when things feel overwhelming.
No one really sees it, but showing up every day is my silent win.

This is such an heart touching post . If I have to think of one such thing , it would be ADJUSTING according to others. Born in a brown family and seeing my mother always adjusting her paths for others ,this was the last thing I wanted to do . But I don’t know when and how I have become like fear. As they say, fruits doesn’t fall very far from the tree. I don’t want applause but I want to feel seen , if I am making an adjustment , I am putting my foot down, the other person should atleast realise it. Sometimes it happens , sometimes don’t!

when I read the line about staying up late to help a friend, it really hit me.
I often do that for my friends during exams. Not everything we do gets noticed, but it still says a lot about who we are. Sometimes it feels like it only matters in that moment and then goes unnoticed, but this post made me realize - that’s also a form of quite strength.

Understanding people opinions, respecting, encouraging them, helping them through ups and down is the great human quality and everyone has these qualities which represents that we are kind , humble but sometimes being selfish is also important at some point of life. Placing ourselves first , prioritizing our needs , peace also needs to be addressed equally. Filling our cup first and then reaching out to our people can also solve problems with peace of mind.

First thing finding out what u like themost to do what’s your inner voice telling u and even if u don’t know want u like the most start to explore things try different things from that u will get to know that what you’re heart like and at the end that makes u happy

My problem solving skills are never appreciated but i myself appreciate it and well that’s more important inner peace.

Wonderful, whatever that you have mentioned has always been ignored or probably people just assume that showing up for our jobs is the most basic thing we could do. On the contrary, it’s the most difficult thing some of us have to do. Just showing up. Putting your mental or physical restrictions aside and just showing up, deserves so much more appreciation. Moreover, we are not expected to put anything else before our duty, I’m sure all of us have been trained that way. I’d like to say, let us all take a moment, breathe, relax and congratulate ourselves for showing up. Despite it all. Just being there, ready to face everything. For some of us it is more than enough.

For me, being the eldest child and the heavy responsibilities with it. I am doing great at being the eldest but nobody claps
