The medical journey always has its own hurdles. It begins with heavy books, complicated cases, confused looks, skipped meals, and so much more. But no one warned us about the people we would meet those who would shape us into someone better.
Comfort in Chaos:-
Amidst all the struggles, there were moments that quietly turned into lifelong memories,
the whispers in between lectures, the giggles when you’re questioned, the naughty smiles during OP hours, the silent reassurance, the sharing of notes, and the chaos of hectic vivas.
The exam days brought out a different kind of support. In between all the competition, they were still there. From seniors, batchmates, juniors, and even teachers there was always someone reassuring you that you’ll get through.
When the first batch was inside facing vivas, the last batch became quiet pillars of support bringing water, food, teaching, and encouraging in every way they could.
Somehow, in the middle of it all, we found comfort.
Not in the calm, but in the chaos we shared together.
And beyond the stress, there were moments where we felt completely free—
college day celebrations, sports days—times when, just for a while, we were out of this world.
Beyond the Campus:-
Today, as we face the reality of the world, we have evolved into someone we weren’t in our early days. The respect, the authority, the experience—all of it has shaped us, changed us.
But deep down, our old selves still exist. They quietly resurface when we meet them—
the ones who stood by us,
the ones who supported us,
the ones without whom we wouldn’t be who we are today.
And even now, in the middle of everything life demands from us…
They remain our oasis.
