These criteria are helpful in finding this answer:

  1. Feeling satisfied and passionate that I am serving my patient population and that there is adequate patient satisfaction (or feel good factor if you will).
In other words, my patience trust me. Earning the trust of your patients is the best achievement.

  2. That I keep myself abreast with the latest knowledge in treating my patients and I practice evidence based medicine (EBM).

  3. And with my experience I am attaining adequate professional positions- be it academic or non-academic or clinical or administrative.

  4. And that I have tried to practice medicine to the best of my adherence to Hippocratic oath.

Feeling happy and feeling balanced in life is the main agenda of success according to me, if we are happy, we can ace anything. :raising_hands:

I think real success in medical field is that-
When in a government hospital, which is full of doctors and residents crowd of patients is waiting for you and asking about you.
This thing actually tells that yes you are successful and passionate in your field.

The real success is when people look out for you when you are not around in the hospital. That’s when you know that you are someone the patients trust .
