That is absolutely true that we try to maintain our routine consistently. But naturally it never happened on a constant basis. And I think it’s completely fine. There is no need to force ourself to follow that routine even if we are unable to do so.
One or two days break between the discipline routine cannot be the sign of lack of consistency in my opinion but not following abruptly is.
