Lower pack pain is very common. Sitting in 2-3 hours long office meetings can take a huge toll on lower back. Bosses should be more sympathetic to Team’s spinal cords and avoid frequent meetings.

Lower back pain Is one of the most common problem faced by all generations due to life style. When it comes to lower back pain, I always watch out for red flag symptoms like unexplained weight loss, fever, history of cancer, trauma, or any neurological issues like numbness, weakness, or bladder/bowel problems. These could indicate something more serious, like infection, fracture, or even cauda equina syndrome, and need immediate attention.
