MD offers better academic recognition, structured teaching, and easier access to government jobs.
DNB provides wider hospital exposure, is recognized abroad, but can be more challenging due to limited teaching and tougher exams.
Both lead to specialist status; choice depends on personal goals, institute quality, and learning style.

MD offers government jobs whereas DNB is based in private settings. Thus DNB offers greater hospital exposure but can be more competitive due to tougher exams.
I guess ultimately what matters is the skill . DNB offers better skills than pursuing md but MD is of more academic importance . If you are getting a clinical branch in DNB then go for it bcz ultimately the subject n skills matter more than the degree
In India, MD or DNB are both well recognized
