It usually depends on the Step exam
For step one : Uworld and First Aid are enough with basics covered from Hyguru and Roviso YouTube videos , ethics from Randy Neil
If you want to make your concepts strong.then you can opt for Boards and Beyond videos if u have ample of time
For step two : UWORLD is the main platform
AMBOSS library is the sidewalk
Cms forms and nbmes also

First Aid for USMLE steps are good resources. I did my USMLE long time back, but first aid books always handy even for board exams. Board review series (BRS) very popular when I wrote the usmle.
High Yield is another useful resource.
