Use of biomedical approach for the treatment of Neuro developmental disorders in children

The biomedical approach for the treatment of Neuro developmental disorders is on the rising trend especially after COVID 19 pandemic because of increased prevalence of autism and ADHD since the pandemic.
Children under 5 years of age who have been isolated during COVID often suffer from one or more symptoms of virtual autism.
Virtual autism is a serious form of autism which started to show up more since COVID among children who had excessive screen time and reduced social interaction during lock down.
The biomedical approach is a non conventional method and has a success rate of 25 % in completely curing autism.
After the assessment of child by scoring systems such as CARS and ISAA , those who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate autism have opted for this new approach.
