Very interesting—this was well-written content. Most dentists commonly prescribe Zerodol, but it would have been even more comprehensive if you had included information about Zerodol-CR and Zerodol-PT as well.

Great summary! Zerodol- P and Zerodol- SP are an absolute staples in dental practice. Zerodol- SP is particularly prescribed after complex extractions or third molar surgeries because the serratiopeptidase enzymes works wonders at breaking down inflammatory fluid and reducing that intense post-op facial swelling.

1. Zerodol CR:

Content-Aceclofenac 200

Use-Pain with inflammation such as rheumatoid arthritis,osteoarthritis etc.

2.Zerodol Plus/Zerodol AQ

Content- Aceclofenac 100 + Paracetamol 325

Use-Pain with fever such as acute dental pain,musculoskeletal pain etc.

A super short summary for dentists to refer-

Zerodol-P : Irreversible pulpitis, post-RCT pain, simple extraction.

Zerodol-SP : Pericoronitis,surgical extraction.

Zerodol-MR : TMJ pain,limited mouth opening, muscle spasm.

Also while we remember the indications of a certain drug ,it’s equally important to remember the contradictions.

Since the main content of Zerodol is Aceclofenac,remember it is contraindicated in patients with peptic ulcers and CKD.
