Finally somebody said it!! Well explained ma’am! ![]()
Yeah. Failures should be acknowledged and it never happens in case of toppers which make them even more demotivated - that’s the problem. The same failure for both - but toppers have to face the 2x of the same!
It’s just those people who say it and then everyone one thinks yes you are right he was a topper how can is fail in this small task but they never see how bad there words effect someone mentally people and their never ending opinions are the worst in all this our family members too get manipulated by them and they question us
Rightly said!
Toppers often face immense pressure, stress, and burnout, impacting their well-being and life beyond academics.
- The hunger for perfection can lead to mental health issues, strained relationships, and an imbalance in life, making them feel empty and disconnected from their true passions.
Topper or backbenchers is doesn’t matter . It is based on the knowledge they have hardwork and struggle makes sucess
Yes this leads to a lots of pressure upon a child. Everyone is special in their own way. Just cause someone is topper that doesn’t mean they are God or they can win anything and not a normal human being who can face failures in their lives to grow themselves up.
Yes, Normalisation should be there!
Agree with what you say! But there should be no judgements based on grades of students. Even low grade student may have specific good skill which high grade student may not have. So we should stop giving such badges this will not overburden them, thus all can experience peace in there life without comparisons irrespective of their grades.
