Title: "The Daily Headache Dilemma: Stress, Screens, or Something More?"

Introduction:

Most of us have come to accept that we will have headaches after a long day of work. We are constantly under the pressure of work, and the aches are our body’s way of telling us to find the source of the pain. Often we find ourselves just pushing through.

Body:

We will find that headaches are not randomly reoccurring. Three specific reasons that are the most common:

  1. Lifestyle changes- Bad breakfast habits, dehydration, poor sleeping habits, poor working habits, like scolling on our phones.

  2. Overexertion from screens- Being in front of a screen all day strains our eyes and neck muscles, and leads to headaches.

  3. Mental and emotional stress and exhaustion- Constantly worrying and being under pressure from work leads to our nervous system being in fight or flight mode.

Taking a pain reliever just to get through the day instead of addressing the problem leads to our long term health declining.

Conclusion:

Our body is communicating to us through headaches, we just need a change of habit. A simple habit start taking breaks, drink water, take breaks from the screen, get adequate sleep.
