Here communication is the major key role in every department and majorly for the professionals , here when it comes to the patient and the professional doctors it may vary that patients cannot be properly share his history or present condition but when, The professional is being very polite nature and listening to patient and responding in an friendly nature and aswell as professional aspect it may increase the bond between the patient and professional doctors.

There’s a lot noise around that AI is coming to takeover jobs of doctors. I feel that exceptional communication skills are the one of the thing that can give us an edge over AI. Patients come not just with diseased body but with also the expectation to be listened , to be told , to be understood. This is where this skill plays a role.

The patients believe especially what ever the doctor say.. Even many of the patients are either have diabetic or hypertension. The soft spoken skills are necessary for every doctor or nurse. Or else it may leads effect the current patient vitals.this may cause unnecessary damage or cautious to patients.
