The senior junior bond you get from med schools

College is a place where we make friends who are totally new to us. While in school, half of our neighbors will be with us in the school bus and will also be with whom we play even after school time is over. But when in college, the scene totally changes. New faces, new atmosphere, the feel of being in a college one dreamed of, feeling of being responsible and goes on the list. But the least bond we talk about is what we share with our seniors or juniors.

Seniors are our first mentors in college. From telling us which books to buy from which store, to sharing how one should behave in a particular lecturer’s class, they will tell us all. We will bond with them more if one is staying in hostel. From late night teaching sessions to helping with the important questions in last minute preparations before exams – they do all.

Similar will be the bond with one’s juniors. All the information and knowledge our seniors had given to us, it will be our time to share to our juniors. To help Them to mould to become a good doctor.

Seniors help juniors without getting much help in return but as we say the good things we do comes back to us in some way. In healthcare we should be more supportive of each other than being toxic

Not every senior is like a brother to you but yes , there are some of them who totally think only good about you nothing else. They will always treat you like a friend which makes the bond special.

Making a good relationship with senior is really important because we will get so much information for our college, teachers. They also gave us advice in study and yes it is to share the same experience or knowledge to our junior and guide them well.
