The Power of Visualization :See it . Believe it . Achieve it

Visualization is a powerful mental technique where you create vivid images in your mind of achieving your goals or experiencing success. It helps improve focus, boost confidence, and reduce stress by mentally rehearsing positive outcomes.

Studies have shown that visualization can improve performance in sports, academics, and even healing. It helps train your mind to stay positive, reduce fear, and take inspired action.

Real life example

Virat Kohli has often spoken about the power of mindset and mental preparation in his game. Before big matches, he uses visualization techniques to imagine himself scoring runs, facing tough bowlers, and handling pressure situations.

Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympic swimmer of all time, has openly shared how visualization was a key part of his training routine. Before every race, he would mentally rehearse the entire event, stroke by stroke

In the 2008 Beijing Olympics, his goggles actually did fill with water, but because he had visualized and mentally practiced that situation, he didn’t panic. He swam by counting strokes and still won gold.

Visualisation and manifestation helps in believing and achieving.
In Olympics 2020 the Dutch athlete Femke Bol has leading and due to an unfortunate moment she gets stumbled and from winning position she goes to 3rd position and when she returned into the olympics 2024 she came up with her strong will and manifestation of winning the gold. In the same event she competed again and secure the gold medal for her country. In this time of 4 year she has visualised and manifested her gold in the Olympics 2024 and grab it.
So ,yes if you believe in something and push yourself towards it then you gonna achieve it.

Visualization is not just a technique in the psychological context, it has deep spiritual significance too. It’s also proven through many scientific research studies. Visualization takes us into a certain frequency and once we start tuning in that frequency, our energy shifts. This energy shifts automatically create the thoughts related and generate emotions and both these stimulate us to move forward in the paths that we are visualizing. Human minds are such that it always needs a drive to be reaching towards something specific, considering it’s wandering nature. And this is where visualization helps, because once the mind is aware of the complete picture, it doesn’t procrastinate to walk on that path, but when the road is unclear or uncertain, it doesn’t concentrate on it much labeling it as unimportant. “Guided imagery” is a part of practicing visualization technique and this can be used by people whose mind is always in rush and when they can’t create any pleasant images in their mind. In that case, guided imagery helps in a way that one can look into that image and soak in the energy to stay motivated.

Visualisation which helps to make a clear and perfect picture of what you want to do and manifestation is the thing doing the thing you visualised before . Both need to be present in our life which leads to success.
