True! Acid base balance always tests the knowledge, how so ever time we read it and apply the knowledge.
Cardiac cycle is another pain in the neck.

For me, learning ECG was truly satisfying. At first, it seemed complex, but as I practiced and started recognizing patterns, the confidence and clarity grew. Being able to interpret ECGs accurately felt rewarding because it’s such a vital skill that directly helps patients. Overall, the effort was worth it, and mastering ECG gave me a real sense of achievement.

for me its all laboratory calculations we do , how much chemical we weight and how much water required to make that percentages.

I have to say Brain Localization. It always amazes me on how accurately it is mapped.
It happened with me when I was learning biostatistics… And I remember sleeping for 10 hours after cracking that exam
