Studying FMT in 3 rd year of course it seems anything we do as doctors nowadays is 90 percent of things are not correct according to law 
So we can say that chori tab tk chori nhi jab tk pakdi na jaye
So you can do counsultation till it doesn’t had any serious complications after that

I did telephonic and opd consultation for my research paper in psychiatry - telephonic has its own limitations. You can’t understand the facial expressions with just voice. Also it restricted me for provided the severe/moderate case diagnosis to professor, even though he/she needed help.
