What are the tips you would give to survive medical college (school) through first 4 1/2 years of MBBS?

there is no need to panic study daily 2/3 hours that is it
you need not to worry about anything
with time you will get adapted to everything

Build consistent study habits early, focus on understanding rather than rote memorization, and stay curious about clinical relevance. Surround yourself with supportive peers, manage stress with hobbies or exercise .

1-Smart work > Hard work- Do not try to read everything. Prioritize your topics. Try building concept.

2- Consistency is the key. Read daily, Revise daily.

3- Take good care of your body and mind. Try to eat healthy as much as possible. Exercise regularly. And it is okay to feel overwhelmed sometimes, share your thoughts with someone close or even you can talk to a counsellor.

Enjoy your college life
Don’t take loads of pressure
It’s okay to fail in a few minor exams provided you cover up for it
Take care of attendance
Try to understand from standard books in 1st and 2nd year (builds a really good base for final year)
And make genuine friends!

Making friends and enjoying the whole journey with them is the best thing someone can do. Studies,Exams,Clinics can become very enjoyable if you get the right company!
