Students often complains that they study for long hours but still not grasping things.Long hours sittings doesn’t always make up with increasing your concentration and memory but even can reduce it.

- Study with intervals - Sit for 40-45mins , complete one topic and take a small 5-7 mins break .
- Smart studying- Choose difficult subject in morning or evening hours when your mind is fresh and environment in soothened.
- keep your phone away or if you need phone to study , keep social media apps on DND mode .
- Sleep on time -It helps you with good memory and concentration.
- Have nutritious diet and fresh fruits in intervals.
- Stay hydrated - Keep water bottle on your desk always to stay hydrated.
- Meditation - 10mins meditation before your sittings may help you with good grasping capacity.
