:tongue: Think:
• Scarlet fever (GAS pharyngitis)
• Kawasaki disease
• Toxic shock syndrome

Often with fever, rash, and cracked lips
Check CRP, ASO, and blood cultures depending on cause
When the tongue turns red, it’s time to look deeper!
