Some ways to de-stress from Neet Pg preparations?

The huge syllabus and limited time are killing factors!!

Create notes/ flash cards. That repetitive reading boosts confidence and spares undue anxiety.
Do Regular exercise / walking and some time away from the studies helps surely.
Do not compromise on sleep.

Plan your day.

Focus on revision and solving mcqs.

Take small breaks in between.

Meditate for 10-15 mins.

Do some physical workout.

Eat good food.
Get a complete sleep.

See…honestly no way to de- stress .Either you endure the stress and come out with flying colours or take a comfortable job which will make you earn decent salary
