It is better to take routine blood tests , like blood picture, lft,kft, blood sugar once in a while after 30

Nice question here are some tests and how often should we get them done:
- cbc – once a year
- blood sugar – once or twice a year
- lipid profile – yearly, after age 30
- liver function test – yearly
- kidney function test – yearly
- thyroid profile – once a year or if symptoms show
- vitamin d and b12 – once a year
- urine routine – once a year
- ecg – yearly after age 30 or if needed
- chest x-ray – once every 2 years or if symptoms
- pap smear – every 3 years after age 25
- mammogram – every 1-2 years after age 40
- psa – yearly after age 50

Dental checkup,skin checkup
Colorectal screening is also recommended starting at age 45 for those average risk of carcinoma colon (as per American cancer society). It could be a stool test or colonoscopy/ sigmoido.
Measuring blood sugar levels, blood pressure regularly once 40+ is recommended.
