Children do learn from what we do. I would also like to add and inculcate stress management . This will also help them in their overall wellbeing

Yeah, Its really difficult to handle child in nuclear family so they take help from digital devices. In old generation, big families so more support is there that’s why it is little easy to handle child.

Few things kids learn from observing people around them while some good habits need to be taught. It is very difficult to remove screen time. Either they are watching TV or mobile. Sometimes we also handover mobile to kids as we have no time. Due to this kids are not interested in going out or playing with peers. It is difficult to inculcate good habits in kids in this era of nuclear families.

Very true. Habits don’t develop overnight. Step by step, day by day, it becomes a part. Mostly, they learn from what we do.
