Mental health encompasses our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, affecting how we think, feel, and act in daily life. It’s just as important as physical health and influences our ability to handle stress, relate to others, and make decisions.
Being mentally fit means, half of the problems are solved.
Mental health should always be the priority as much as the physical health.
A mentally fit person can conduct life in a better way according to me.
Us Indians are groomed into thinking mental health issues are for the spoiled rich ppl but it is not , as I am growing I can observe my own self how things can affect a person’s reaction because of past trauma
