nowadays people circadium rhythm is just disturbed and people like to spend more time on their devices. Devices have become indispensable.

Yes. Melatonin is affected by light. But others that affect Melatonin production are alcohol, nicotine, stress, intensive exercise, age, some foods like cherries, nuts etc.
