Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD)

Ever felt crushed by a small comment or ignored message?
You might be experiencing RSD an intense emotional response to rejection or criticism, common in ADHD and highly sensitive people.

It’s not overreacting, your brain just feels emotional pain deeply and instantly.

So you might:

Overthink tiny interactions
Avoid situations where you might be judged
A simple "no” can feel like a personal attack.

But here’s the truth:
You’re not too sensitive. You’re just wired differently.
And you deserve understanding.

Be kind to yourself.

I can relate to this. Even a minimal feedback can stick with me for days. It feels good knowing that I’m not alone in thinking this way.
