The drug that are narrow therapeutic, in my life, is a life-saving drug. The last resort to treatment. Eg. Colistin
To answer your second question, OTC medications are the medications that can be purchased without a prescription. Eg. Paracetamol, Pantoprazole.
You can use medscape, or ncbi statpearls as non-official yet official sources for drug information

I believe good communication skills are needed to become a good doctor ,a doctor not just treats patients but they also heal them mentally emotionally when a doctor listens to the patient careful with all his ears it helps to improve patient trust on doctor and care
