Bullet, points
More diagram, flow charts.
Present in language in which you are comfortable and make your presentation self explanatory.
I always use these tips so I think nice way to present.
Avoid placing all the content on the PowerPoint slides; aim to keep each slide minimal and focus on explaining most of information orally rather than simply reading from the slides. Maintain good eye contact and avoid rushing through the presentation!!
1. Know your audience – Adjust depth and language.
2. Understand your topic – Not just memorize, explain clearly.
3. Use visuals – Diagrams and case studies work best.
4. Be clinically relevant – Connect content to patient care.
5. Stay on time – Practice to avoid rushing or overrunning.
- Try to do a a good research on the topic .
- Always prepare a well structured ppt.
- Also make sure your ppt have some diagrams and charts so to make it engaging for the people seeing it .
What kind of presentation as teaching other or the power point one ?
Keep it simple
Know your subject and audience well
Limit the number of slides
Utilize infographics and charts to enhance understanding
Rely on storytelling
Rehearse out loud
Maintain eye contact while presenting and smile
Open the floor to questions
Start and end on time
Instead of taking shortcuts, try to put upon some efforts.
Try to make it short, simple and concise yet fully informative
And, yes Make it with some creativity for better engagement.
Be yourself and stick to your work and don’t over exaggerate your stuff.
Also to keep the audience engaged you can use “non offensive” puns here n there in between.
Your confidence is the key!
Make it easy to understand rather than complicating it ,with basic pictures and visible fonts preferably large:)
