After completing MBBS, what factors should a doctor consider when choosing between clinical specializations, non-clinical fields, or pursuing further studies in medical education and administration? How can these choices impact long-term career satisfaction and work-life balance?

Depends upon multiple factors. Interest or disinterest in clinical practice, interest in administration, teaching, research dictate the choices.
Many physicians do clinical practice for several years and then start taking up administrative responsibilities also.
But some physicians out of their college and they directly opt for research or public health or hospital administrative Jobs. So it depends!

Most important thing to look for is Interest and passion just follow it and you will be at right place.

Out of which “interest” is the key to excel… If we have interest in a particular field , we will excel and perform our best.
