Post exam blues?

Exams are over but instead of relief , there’s low feeling, restlessness or even lost?
Thats post exam depression and its is real.

Here’s what helps:

  1. Rest without guilt
  2. Reflection not over thinking
  3. Setting smlal goals for next phase
  4. Talk it out to friends or mentors

Your worth isn’t measured by just your marks. Take time to breathe and then begin again.

Very true. Exam measures how much we remember not our worth. What if you did bad in this exam, there’s a whole world outside of this. Life is full of second chances, new paths and unexpected turns. Sometimes, what feels like failure is just redirection. Believe in yourself. Only you know to find out your worth, don’t judge yourself just because of a test or exam.
