It depends on one’s personal choices and area of interest. In my case, I will definitely choose R&D at a multinational company because I have more interest in the research field. Morevoer, I think this option would give much higher chances to improve our knowledge and skills and also provide global exposure and career growth compared to the second option.

I will choose R&D at multinational company because it has good opportunities and good salary.

R&D at MNC. I personally have
keen interest in research and given its an MNC the payment will be good.

I think Both roles have their own importance, but I would personally choose towards Clinical Pharmacist because I love involve directly in patient care and guiding them with proper medication use. It gives me immediate impact and satisfaction.

But I also like R&D for how it contributes to drug discovery and innovation on a larger scale. If someone is more research-oriented, R&D is definitely a great path.
Soo selecting fileds are definitely depends on their personal intrest.

I would choose the R & D position as it involves very interesting job role in which we work with drug development and testing. From the scratch of drug discovery to Clinical trials and approval. It can be a portfolio where we can research on various topics on a daily basis.

if i am about to pic one, i would definitely choose R&D at MNC as it was my dream career and also the exposure, growth also plays the part in choosing.

I can say both job roles are very intersting and very competitive at present times.
I would suggest myself to go towards R and D at multinational company because of 2 reasons

  1. I’m interested towards R and D
  2. I feel R and D at multinational company can provide high wages and R and D has immense scope at present and future times because without research and development there cannot be any product cannot enter into market .

R&D is great if you want to learn about how medicines are made, and a Clinical Pharmacist role is nice if u want to work with patients.

Depends upon the individual interests.
The individual who is more passionate about the reasearch work and interested in exploring new thing should approach for the R&D.

i choose clinical pharmacist sector at top hospital because i help to provide more information to patient about the drug.
