You have two job offers:
1.R&D at a multinational company
2.Clinical Pharmacist at a top hospital
Which one are you picking — and why? Let’s hear your logic!
if already in such sector do share your exprience.
I might choose the R& D sector cause I feel like I have more interest there but there is also one logic u can learn more in R&D according to me
It depends on individual interests
I think so it’s about personal preference. Whatever you are more about passionate about, you should choose
Both are demanding and noble paths.
I will choose R&d at a multinational company because obviously it has a good pay.
It opens international doors and had a chance to go abroad and work with global teams.
I would choose the R&D department because I have a genuine personal interest in the field. Additionally, R&D offers strong growth opportunities, making it a promising path for long-term career development.
I’d choose Clinical Pharmacist at a top hospital, not just for stability, but for patient interaction and real time decision making.
During my internship in surgical ward, I saw how clinical pharmacist play a key role in medication safety. It’s demanding but deeply satisfying, R&D feels more distant to me.
I don’t have any experience in this and I don’t even know anything much about it so it’s hard to choose by my side.
I would choose clinical pharmacist role at a top hospital. Though R&D has high growth and better pay, I prefer clinical pharmacist because it has less exposure to chemicals than R&D and I also like working in hospitals and interacting with patients.
I will choose clinical pharmacist by this we can help to patient to achieve better health& this role helps to know the terminology of the adverse effects by this we can help to patient who are suffering from the problems
Both roles have their value but i would like to go for the first option which includes like research paper and new innovations every day whereas clinical pharmacist is also a good role who educate the patients about their education.
I would choose the R&D role because:
- I want to explore new ideas.
- I want to help create new and better treatments which can benefit a large patient population.
- I enjoy learning about science and finding different possibilities to treat a particular disease.
This R&D role experience can also be very helpful. As, it can lead to many career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
Maybe R&D at a multinational because I feel there’s chance of more branched success.
I would choose R&D in multinational company as there is more chance to explore work with the new formulations , explore and grow. Clinical pharmacy is also very good if you like intercting with patients, patient care. It mainly depends upon your interest whether you want more hands on research or dealing with the patients.
I prefer R&D rather than a clinical pharmacist. Though clinical pharmacist is a respectable position, in India many hospital sectors are not giving enough value and identity to the role.
I’ll go with R&D at multinational company, because they give me opportunity to connect with multinational people, to contribute in development and delivery of innovative healthcare solution.
I will like to do R&D in multinational company. We get to now many things and knowledge about about research and new innovation in medical field.
It totally depends upon where your passion lies. Both are great options… Personally, I’d lean towards Clinical Pharmacist—it’s more patient focused and hands-on. But if you love innovation and science, R&D sounds exciting too.
My preference would be an R&D at a top MNC. Better funds, better resources is what I presume.
It totally depends on the interest of Individual
what he/she want to choose
