Why it happens only in pharma industries that even after doing M.pharm or PhD we have to start career from a trainee position. But if we see in other fields like engineering, MBA or any other technical field if you have higher degree you will not start from a trainee position. The salary is also very less that we cannot survive in a metropolitan city.

It is true that Pharma graduates are paid very less compared to other fields eventhough we have completed 6 years of study on the same and are not valued for our degree.

As compared to B. Pharmacy student the B.E and B.Tech degrees are paid more. In pharma industry the candidate has to start from scratch if he/she has no work ex regardless of his/her masters or bachelors. Where as in B. Tech and B.E. the individuals are selected on the basis of knowledge and practicality.
In pharma industry the candidate have slow growth as compared to the other industries.

Yes it is true how much we will study also we have to start the career in industry from initial position only…Because everywhere while hiring recruiters are asking about experience and skills and they are ignoring our graduation. And also by compared to other career pharma industry has a very slow growth…
