But many people don’t no careless use of NSAIDs silently cause kidneys damage.Pain relief feels good immediately,but kidney damage develops slowly and silently.
What are NSAIDs?
NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) are used to treat:

👉Protect kidneys during stress (dehydration, old age)
👉They are protective, not harmful.
How NSAIDs Cause Kidney Damage
When NSAIDs block prostaglandins:
Decreased renal blood flow
Decreased Glomerular filtration rate
Increased Sodium & water retention
This can lead to:
Acute kidney injury (AKI).
Worsening of chronic kidney disease.
Edema and high blood pressure.
Who is at Higher Risk?
NSAIDs are more dangerous in:

\*Dehydrated individuals
\*Patients with kidney disease
\*Diabetics & hypertensive patients
CONCLUSION:
NSAIDs are excellent pain relievers,but they are not harmless drugs.Used for short duration and correct dose, they are safe.
Used frequently and long-term or without medical advice, they can damage kidneys silently.
