You can do that if you don’t take internship seriously…or else internship will keep you busy so much so that you don’t get time to study

In my opinion, one year compulsory rotatory internship should be taken seriously even while preparing for NEET PG. Clinical sense gained during clinical rotations and internships helps us and mastering the clinical subjects better. And this also helps in answering clinical questions with more confidence on the NEET PG.
I’m not sure how many questions in neet pg are related to deep clinical co- relations or clinical vignettes. But I can tell you from my experience in USMLE that clinical experience does help, particularly USMLE step 2 and obviously step 3.

Do your internship properly specially in major departments like Med, Sx, Paeds, Gyane. Try to solve mcqs while on duty when you have no work to do. Study about the cases you have seen that day to cover part of your syllabus.

Few departments will go relatively easy on you (depends form college to college) like Psych, Radio. You can try covering major portion during those times.
