Music keeps the brain grooving

The vibrations we hear help to perceive a picture in our brain, and the same goes for the music
However, it keeps changing with different types and forms of music

Listening to (or making) music increases blood flow to brain regions that generate and control emotions. According to Pfizer, UK, the limbic system, which processes emotions and controls memory, “lights" up when our ears perceive music.

Music overall can be therapeutic:

  • :anger_symbol:helps with easing the pain, especially during labor
  • :shamrock:enhancing cognitive ability and memory
  • :zzz:reducing stress
  • :handshake:foster a sense of social connection

My take on music is based on my mood needs, i here slow lofi romantics sometime during study and funky songs like sheila ki jawani in gym and bandeya re bandeya if i dance. So its all up on my mood, i can’t make it angry afterall it is the one to push myself forward.:joy::nerd_face:

Music stimulates the brain, releasing dopamine and endorphins, which can boost mood, improve focus, and enhance cognitive function.

It also has therapeutic benefits, reducing stress and anxiety.

Whether you’re listening or creating, music keeps the brain engaged and active.
