Music as Medicine : Harmonizing Health and Healing

We all know music can change our mood, but what if it could actually heal? Science is increasingly showing that music isn’t just entertainment, it’s a powerful form of medicine. Music therapy harnesses the unique ways music affects our brain and nervous system to help with a range of conditions, from reducing anxiety and lowering stress hormones to serving as a powerful distraction for people with chronic pain :musical_notes:

Personally, I feel Music as a good therapy especially when i am mentally broken or need to focus. I feel music as my best friend to up lift my mood and bring back my confidence. I usually make my playlist such a way that i play songs according to my mood. for example, if i feel sad, emotionally drained i play songs that uplift my mood like motivational songs. If i feel happy and in joyful mood i play some feel-good songs. I feel this is truly therapeutic.
