More than just " Something I Ate ".

Almost each one of us has experienced food poisoning at least once. Generally, we blame it on " outside food". But food poisoning is more common and serious than we assume. It usually starts as mild stomach upset and gradually turns into nausea, dehydration, and extreme weakness that affects our day.

In our today’s fast paced lifestyle, people usually forget to check food hygiene, eat stale food, consume uncovered street food, and mainly dependent on packaged food. Infection can caused if we ignore simple and small things like unwashed hands, contaminated water, or storage of cooked meals for too long.

Although, the green flag is that many cases can be preventable. Our daily habits plays crucial role in preventing. Basics like consuming freshly prepare meals, more importantly keeping body with clean water hydrated, keeping hygiene concern in mind while eating outside, and big prevention is avoiding self- medication. Sometimes awareness about daily health risks matters more than expensive treatments later.

Do you think about food safety before getting sick, or simply more used to ignoring the warning signs ?
