I think, Yes.
Short term goals leads to the bigger ones. And one can only achieve their monthly goals by working on the weekly ones. As sometimes, we have bigger goals but don’t know the first step which have to be taken. So weekly goals are those first steps which helps us to Achieve the monthly or yearly goals as a whole.
