As of now, they won’t be able to work at equivalent level in government hospitals in India (I think can work as SR) but they can have a very well established private hospital practise as consultant or even have private clinic set up in India. It is a globally recognised degree, some people even do it as an addition to their pre existing MD/MS to add value to their degree and resume. It definitely offers better clinical prospect and job opportunities.
