See I know this sounds weird that iam using a web where Iam intern at medbound and sharing the things about medical profession , but we know that there are very less number of opportunities for the medical professionals to showcase their skills and get the internship
-I know this is because medical is not like other courses specially like tech field where we can do things online and in our field we have to be physically present to learn things
-But I think there should be alot of general things , internships and other things which are common that everyone should know even the non medical people … Share your opinion what you think aren’t out field lacks these things or not
Yes medical intern lack behind in internship and skill courses. So l am hear to learn skill in copyright and l would like to learn scientific medical writing and medical coding and many more to update my skill.
Yes i agree with you and the job opportunities for the the healthcare professionals are also very low. and the salary packages are not satisfying the employees as we are working very hard but no one are recognizing our hard work and struggle. everywhere there are only the software employees we are seeing. and many healthcare professionals are also working in tech companies by learning the skills that are necessary to become software due to no improvement in the healthcare profession. We are living in the society where the IT field employees are valued more than our healthcare professionals.

This is actually true. As a pharmacy graduate, during my pharmacy school I had applied to every pharmacy company I could. But all of them would say they do not provide internship to students, they don’t accept students for observership as well. The only viable option was hospital which was just out-patient and in-patient. So yes it’s easier to find internships in the field of tech but definitely hard in medical field. It’s high to bridge the gap between academics and industries by giving hands on experience to students.
Yes, I strongly agree. The medical field lacks internship opportunities, and many fresh graduates struggle to find jobs or gain practical experience. Without internship or job experience, it’s challenging for freshers to get hired. I’m requesting HR professionals and managers to give young graduates a chance.
