Lifestyle Modification to prevent Chronic Diseases

This topic is all about how to maintain proper health in today’s life how to develop good and long term habits.

Nowadays many people get easily attracted to different chronic diseases such as :

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Cardiovascular diseases
  • Obesity
  • Stroke
  • Certain Cancer types also mainly ( breast cancer, colon cancer etc. )

The most observed chronic diseases is cardiovascular diseases and the obesity. The main cause of this diseases is the lifestyle people are going through nowadays,they are not aware of these diseases or even if they know about it they don’t know exactly how to avoid this diseases from getting attracted to us .

Due to obesity many people face different problems such as diabetes,heart stroke, which is also known as cardiac arrest its now seen on large scale, one or the other person is dying due to these chronic diseases.

Let’s see how can we manage or avoid getting attracted to such chronic diseases.

Make small changes into your daily lifestyle such as :

  1. Healthy diet
  • Consume a balance diet .
  • Include fruits, vegetables, protein, fibres,and protein.
  • Reduce intake of Sugar ( if you want you can consume but reduce the quantity of it to maintain the sugar levels because our body requires sugar in some amount.)
  • Avoid processed and fast food .
  • Also have a food on the exact time like , evening food should be consumed before sunsets (which is nearly about 6-7 pm .)
  1. Regular Physical Activity:
  • Daily exercise routine should be fixed for 30 min( in morning if preferably.)
  • Maintain you body weight and body mass index BMI .
  1. Stress Management:

If you feel stressed from your work or studies you can do meditation , deep breathing listening to your favourite music.

  1. Adequate amount of sleep:

Maintain proper sleep . And quality sleep is must atleast for 6-7 hours. Which also regulate your hormones and balance them .

Benefits of modification in your lifestyle will lead to good health and it will also develop good habits . It will also bring a decipline to your Life.
