That varies person to person thought process. Some prefer jobs where there will be less much of risks and investments, working culture and environment. while some prefer business who had that kind of mentality. In business, the main thing that need is that mentality, to be brave, to take risks. Not everyone can do that.

A job in pharmacy offers stability, a fixed income, and a structured work environment, making it ideal for those seeking security and a clear career path. In contrast, a pharmacy business provides greater earning potential, independence, and growth opportunities but comes with higher risk, investment, and responsibility. Choosing between the two depends on your goals—opt for a job if you value security and routine, or start a business if you’re entrepreneurial and ready to take risks for higher rewards.
