Is there any connection between poverty and poor health

Yes, poverty is the cause and Poor health is the effect. Lack of basic eminities, Lack of knowledge on one’s health are two factors that have a higher effect. This is more prevalent in rural areas for both men and women. The hospital are atleast 10+ kilometeres away even if they just need a checkup and the costs? Its even higher , such situations need to be addressed so that they too can afford medical care equally.

Yes, I agree with the statement poverty leads to poor health.Due to poverty can’t able to eat the nutrient food .The diseases like kwashiorkor which is caused in children due to lack of nutrition.p

Absolutely correct

Yes, poverty and poor health are closely connected. Lack of income leads to poor food, shelter, and limited healthcare access, increasing the risk of illness. At the same time, poor health affects one’s ability to work, keeping people stuck in poverty. Breaking this cycle requires better jobs, healthcare, education, and nutrition.

Poverty often limits access to basic needs like nutritious food, clean water, quality healthcare, and proper living conditions. People living in poverty are more exposed to environmental hazards, infectious diseases, and stress, which can weaken immunity and lead to chronic illnesses. Lack of education and awareness about health further worsens the situation.

Poverty and poor health are deeply interconnected as limited money means limited access to clean water, health food, safe housing and healthcare. Being sick, leads to the family not being able to earn enough money so its a vicious cycle.

When there is povetry , it becomes hard to maintain a good health.

Increasing the job opportunity is one of the best solution for the poverty problem.

Poverty and ill health are strongly correlated. People in poverty frequently deal with issues like emotional stress, inadequate diet, unsanitary living conditions, and limited access to healthcare. Additionally, it is less probable that they have received enough health education. These elements make it more difficult for them to heal and raise their chance of getting sick. Improving access to healthcare, education, and living circumstances are necessary to break this cycle.

Poverty and poor health are interconnected issues. Poverty can lead to poor healthcare due to limited access of healthcare, inadequate nutrition, and lack of health awareness.

Chronic stress caused by financial challenges are strongly linked with the increased probability of cardiovascular disease, depressive symptoms, decreased immune system effectiveness. Food scarcity presents a double cost in many regions of poverty, putting a certain population at greater risk of hunger increasing the probability of becoming obese given that nutritious meals aren’t as accessible or affordable. Plus, people with poverty are more inclined to be living in places that have high pollution, overpopulation, shoddy housing each of that has an adverse or negative impact on health.

Both impact the real world, whereas poverty is the cause of lack of food, poor health, etc. By providing someone with a job, employment may help them treat their health better.

Yes. People who cannot afford very basic things can get any form of diseases due to poor health

Major link I came across is the Lack of Access to Healthcare: Poor people often can’t afford medical care, insurance, or transportation to clinics.

It always saddens me to see people forced to compromise their health due to lack of money. I’ve witnessed how poverty can leave individuals helpless, unable to afford even basic medical care. This has constantly made me wish for truly accessible and free healthcare for all. Sadly, despite numerous efforts and schemes, those services often fail to reach the ones who need them the most.

So yes, there is a clear connection between poverty and health — one that often worsens already difficult situations. When financial struggles limit access to timely and quality care, minor health issues can quickly turn into life-threatening conditions.

Yes, poverty and poor health are connected. When people don’t have money, they can’t always eat healthy food or see a doctor. This can make them sick more often. And when someone is sick, it’s harder for them to work or earn money. It becomes a cycle.
Your ideas to solve this are really good!
