Management should begin with comprehensive periodontal therapy to control infection, followed by endodontic treatment for non-vital teeth, and TMJ evaluation for dysfunction. Interdisciplinary referrals to a periodontist, endodontist, and possibly an oral maxillofacial specialist ensure a coordinated approach for optimal prognosis.
