Not only does it support emotional well-being, but it also helps maintain psychological well-being. Blindly trusting someone can also affect your mental and emotional health.

At the same time, setting healthy boundaries is essential for maintaining strong, respectful, and balanced relationships.

Completely agree!

I believe healthy boundaries are essential for both mental well-being and strong relationships. Learning to say “no” without guilt, communicating honestly and making time for self-care helps prevent burnout and builds mutual respect.

I’m still learning this. For a long time, I thought saying “yes” to everything was the right thing to do. Now I’ve realised that protecting my time and energy actually helps me show up better for the people for who matter.

Absolutely. Creating boundaries is definitely important and what we do without respecting our own needs only results to resentment towards the other person and ourselves.

Over the years, I have learned that constantly choosing others over myself didn’t make me stronger infact it only left me exhausted. Boundaries are an act of self-respect, not selfishness.
