Life got busy, and I decided to give home workouts a try. After doing home workouts for a while, I completely changed my perspective on exercise.
I admit, it was not easy in the beginning. There were too many distractions. There were days I had low motivation; I even questioned whether a quick 15-minute workout could make any difference. I felt that the biggest challenge was not the exercise; it was staying consistent.
Initially, I started small, instead of starting with intense 1-hour sessions. I explored different types of exercises, such as bodyweight exercises, yoga, stretching, and quick cardio sessions. Some days I had the energy for a full workout, but other days, moving my body even for a few minutes felt like an achievement.
Over a period of time, I started to notice small changes. I started to feel energetic throughout the day, and everyday activities became easier as both my strength and flexibility improved. I started to appreciate progress over perfection.

Yes Fitness need not be complicated. We can try a number of them and see which fits well. I do zumba as a home workout. Dancing helps me to feel more joyful. It connects me with my inner child.It improves my mood too.

Loved this post! For me, the biggest hurdle with home workouts was the couch whispering my name. The only trick that kept me consistent was putting on my workout shoes the second I woke up. Once the shoes are on, your brain accepts that movement is happening! It’s amazing how a quick 20- minute living room session can completely reset your focus for a heavy study day.
