Scheduling your day with frequent breaks and intervals - can be useful factor.
A good utilisation of the break is also important. Avoid screening time and more focus on getting proper relaxation.

Reset days and sometimes long breaks like 3 days or so to literally just recharge myself and do absolutely nothing “productive”
