Very informative

For diabetic patients generally doctor recommends insulin 2-3 doses even when sugar level is in control. They said sugar is in control due to this particular dose of insulin, if they reduce the insulin dose then it ill spike again. I have doubt here that if patient continue to this high insulin dose for years then he/she may have risk of hypoglycemia.. and the pateint may undergo coma then why they recommend such dose for long time..
